We realize that new insights can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours.The Program Manager – Sales Effectiveness will be responsible for optimizing our sales outreach campaigns, ensuring leads are efficiently handled, and evaluating the performance of various CTAs to improve high conversion rates. Share insights and strategic guidance in improving our overall sales efficiency (via emails/calls) Additionally, this person will also manage and optimize the sales gamification platform to drive engagement and success among the sales team.What you'll Do Develop and implement comprehensive sales outreach strategies to reach target audiences.Collaborate with the sales team/managers to ensure leads are properly fostered and moved through the sales funnel optimally.Analyze the performance of various CTAs/MQLs and recommend improvements to increase lead engagement.Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to sales effectiveness.Manage and optimize the sales gamification platform to drive engagement and success among the sales team, using data-driven insights to continuously enhance its effectiveness.Identify areas of improvement in the sales process and propose solutions to enhance efficiency.Provide training and support to the sales team to optimize their use of outreach tools and strategies.Collaborate with PMM/Marketing/Enablement/Specialist teams to align messaging and strategies for maximum impact.Stay up-to-date with industry standard processes and trends in inside sales and outreach.What you need to succeed Should have exceptional verbal, written communication & presentation skills.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
