We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours! What You’ll DoContribute to applied research that can be applied to Adobe product development.Explore and lead innovative imaging technology for Adobe customers.Help integrate novel research work into Adobe’s product.Lead and collaborate on applied research projects across different Adobe divisions.Collaborate with ML engineers / software engineers and participate in various meetings.Work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced development team, with clear, positive, and constructive communication.What You Need to SucceedAn advanced degree (PhD preferred) in machine learning, artificial intelligence, computer science, statistics, or equivalent experience required.Experience in cutting-edge ML algorithms and architectures including Transformers, Diffusions, GANs with Transfer learning and pretrained models.Be able to evaluate, improve, or develop advance machine learning algorithms for complex use cases.Strong analytical, mathematical modelling and software skills and ability to work with multiple levels of abstractions.Experience communicating research ideas and machine learning for public audiences of peers.Familiar with the ML development lifecycle – data acquisition and annotation, ML model design and implementation, ML model evaluation and deploymentExcellent verbal and written communication skills; can effectively articulate complex ideas and influence others through well-reasoned explanations.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $142,600 -- $281,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
