SheSparks- Adobe's Women Returnee Internship program is an initiative of Adobe to help women employees who are on a break for personal reasons and want to join the workforce. The program will help launch you back to your professional aspirations. This is a 6-month internship for experienced candidates returning to the workforce. This bridge program is designed to empower returning women professionals with industry-first training, holistic guidance, inclusive environment, and opportunities to leapfrog in their careers with high-impact work. What you'll Do Gain an in-depth knowledge of a client’s website architecture, online business model, and customer goals.Manage customer expectations appropriately and keep projects on schedule and within scope.Lead face-to-face brainstorming session with executives on the marketing, technical and design sides of a client’s business.Craft optimization frameworks and processesAnalyze large and detailed data sets in order to make recommendations around follow-up tests.Use an iterative approach to optimization, continuously taking test results and data into account in formulating new tests and hypothesesBuild detailed wireframes and manage their creative production in order to accomplish testing goals while adhering to a customer’s style guides.Interact frequently with clients via phone, email, and in-person.Deduce and present results, learnings and recommendations from tests.Provide regular status updates and quickly escalate potential issues.What you need to succeedExperience presenting in front of large groups.
