The OpportunityThe Infrastructure Asset Management team within Adobe is responsible for ordering, tracking, and managing spend for data circuits servicing all of our locations globally. These are key to the successful infrastructure that Adobe uses to provide connectivity across our product portfolio. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide group of partners throughout the company to implement a formal data circuit inventory designed to ensure that we are able to track these important services throughout their lifecycle.All 2024 Adobe Interns will be ‘co-located hybrid’, meaning that you will be assigned to an Adobe office location, but in-office schedules will be flexible (2-3 days per week). All interns must live in the same state, country, and within commuting distance of their assigned Adobe office, so they can be on-site as needed. Interns visiting Adobe sites must follow all applicable COVID-19 health and safety protocolsWhat You’ll Do Work with collaborators to define program requirements and success criteriaConduct working sessions to familiarize yourself with this technical area, and to identify challenges that you are looking to resolve.Craft and propose a data structure that can be used to capture required information and will improve your teams workflows and provide valuable information to management.Implement your proposed solution in either Excel or Sharepoint Lists.What You Need to SucceedCurrently enrolled full time and pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or similar field required0-2 Number of years of experience in a Project or Program Management type roleExposure to conducting information gathering exercises to collect requirements from internal partnersAbility to communicate complicated processes clearly and concisely to influence and motivate partners.Great interpersonal communication, collaboration, and presentation skillsSkilled in collecting, prioritizing, and responding to input from multiple sources (internal partners, vendor management, global receiving teams, etc.)Experience using Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Sharepoint.Ability to participate in a full-time internship between May-SeptemberOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $38.00 -- $51.00 hourly.
