The ideal candidate will have a hands-on blend of technical challenges with analytics and data science while working with a spectrum of business teams including Finance, Campaign experience and Product teams. Your role will focus on driving data science and analytics insights and recommendations across a variety of strategic projects to improve genuine conversion.What you'll Do Apply expertise in quantitative analysis, data science, data modeling to understand and provide deep insights on customer behavior, non-genuine patters and improve user journey impacting customer engagement, conversion and retentionUse insights and data to inform strategies across business teamsMonitor weekly performance, execute data deep dives to understand root causes for changes in metrics and provide guidance on forecastsPartner with our Data Engineering and business teams to build a robust data strategy for self-service and quicker turnaround timeWork with our campaign experience teams to build better A/B tests and provide statistical guidanceHighlight and interpret disparate quantitative data and provide an improve data story within the business context to help drive next stepsLead and mentor other team members on the teamWhat you need to succeed Masters in Computer Science, Data Science, Information management, Business Analytics or similar degree preferred8+ years of hands-on experience doing data analysis, statistical modeling and quantitative analysis6+ years of proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark4+ years of expertise with modern data science workflows (Git, Jupyter, AWS, Azure, Databricks)Strong fundamentals in statistical analysis focusing on testing frameworksAbility to support multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced environmentStrong background in working across business teams, providing data-driven stories and have a problem-solving approachExcellent communication and relationship-building skills to guide, lead and mentor other team membersOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $140,200 -- $261,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
