In this role, your primary objectives are to help grow and maintain the end-to-end system experience that supports the production, quality control, and curation of our growing collection of creative assets including templates and design assets. You will oversee and help set the standards of how we evaluate these assets for their overall quality, design, language, technical execution, and cultural relevance, against Adobe’s outstanding standards. This is a highly collaborative, fast-paced role that requires a keen eye for design and back-end systems detail.What you’ll be working onAdobe Express is at a pivotal point; we are reaching millions of communicators around the globe with an all-in-one creative tool that enables anyone to stand out.Help maintain and oversee the process of task and taxonomy updates and partner cross teams to ensure new content trends are supported through our schema.Oversee the review and tagging of templates and design assets for market in a high-volume, fast-pace, deadline-oriented environment with an emphasis on evaluating assets for overall quality, artistic merit, technical execution, and commercial and visual trends.Work closely with the Content Design and Content Systems teams to ensure content meets technical and aesthetic standards, as well as business goals.Oversee the application of metadata, keywords, and other search or merchandising tactics to assets.Collaborate with internal teams to identify feature improvements, category priorities, and build scalable, efficient content review and production processes.Define and uphold best-in-class moderation practices in adherence with Adobe’s aesthetic, technical and legal standards.Partner with the team to research, maintain, and share data about content gaps, content trends, and content performance.Partner with systems team around workflow improvements and enhancements to elevate our submit and review processes.What you’ll bring to the team:Must-haves:5-7+ years proven experience in visual design, digital production design, or curational design.A deep understanding of the nuances of design standards and trends across various marketsExcellent communicator of design standardsAbility to partner across content, design, product, and engineering teamsYou are a detailed planner and able to straddle multiple large-scale projectsExcellent written, verbal communication skills in EnglishHighly detailed-oriented, with strong organization, written, and verbal communication skills.Ability to multi-task and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environmentA strong portfolio that showcases your best visual and content work Nice-to-havesExperience with Digital Asset Management systems and operationsA degree in UX, graphic design, or related field.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $115,800 -- $209,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
