Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

NVIDIA is looking for a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to join our growing Corporate Shipping team in Shanghai! Supporting NVIDIA's fast-growing business needs you will be responsible for preparing outbound shipments to WW customers, as well as providing real time customer service to our internal & external customers. Apply now!What You'll be Doing:Processing shipments via various couriers and forwarders.Generating and updating shipping documentation using carrier software and Microsoft tools, with attention to specific requirements per destination.Physically inspecting items for shipping and packing them appropriately.Offering customer service via email and phone.Supervising and tracking shipments, maintaining contact with carrier support for booking statuses.Collaborating with trade compliance teams on export-import shipping queries.What We Need to See:A bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, International Business, or Logistics/Transportation major or equivalent experience.5+ years of experience in Shipping, Receiving, and International regulatory compliance.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask energetically, and maintain focus on accuracy.Strong customer service skills, both verbally and in written communication.A positive, can-do attitude with reliable attendance.Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and familiarity with packing requirements.Proficiency in using MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Ways to stand out from the crowd:Familiarity with international and domestic transportation and shipping requirements.Possession of Dangerous Goods and Battery training certificates.Understanding of INCOTERMS 2010 Rules.Proficiency in using SAP.Knowledge of China's Export Control Regulations for strategic commodities.NVIDIA, a pioneer in Artificial Intelligence, High-Performance Computing, and Visualization, is seeking dedicated individuals to help accelerate the next wave of artificial intelligence.
