Senior Datacenter System Application Engineer

We are looking for Senior Datacenter System Application Engineer in NVIDIA Taipei office. NVIDIA is leading the way into the high-growth areas of High-Performance Computing, Artificial Intelligence, and Computer Gaming. The company is pushing hard the technology in all areas.What you’ll be doing:Work with customers to provide deep technical assistance in customer Enterprise platforms.Rack/Cluster-level architecture/topology design proposal review/discussion, including NBU products.Rack/Cluster-level related tools development, review, debug and validation.System monitoring and troubleshooting. Skills in monitoring tools, log analysis.Create collector tool to streamline parameters from GPU/Grace-CPU/Network/HMC/BMC.System/Cluster node-to-node setup and testing, performance data review and know how to improve are required.Overseas travel will be required if needed.What we need to see:BS or MS degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering or a related degree field.7+ years of Server/DataCenter experience.Understanding network architecture, protocols, and technologies.Understanding system cooling installation - Liquid-cooling, immersion cooling and others.Familiar with networking and NBU Connect-X and Blue-Field physical connection.Understand the structured cabling (patch panels, fibers type, transceivers and co-packaged optics, trunk cabling) effect on performance, cost and topology.Skills in networking routing, switching, load balancing, and network security.Familiar with Linux skill/operation, BMC will be the strong plus.Excellent communication skills, flexibility in task assignments, and working under pressure.Ways to stand out from the crowd:Strong oral & written communication skills (both English and Chinese).Self-motivated and aggressive to learn.
