Senior Cloud Acceleration lifecycle management architect

NVIDIA is looking for a creative DPU Cloud Lifecycle Management Architect to lead the shaping of future data centers and networks. In this role, you will play a key role defining the future of cloud solution stack, orchestration, provisioning, lifecycle management, while working closely with R&D, partners & customers as well as open-source projects and standardization bodies. This role focuses on the integration of DPUs (Smart NIC, such as Nvidia BlueField) in the cloud lifecycle management.What you'll be doing:Lead the architecture definition and design of new cloud solutions for orchestration and provisioning of data center elements, focusing on DPUs.Investigate potential solutions and implement some Proof of Concept (PoC) solutions.Envision and prepare the productization of the solutions designed.Identify and evaluate new technologies, innovations, and partner relationships for alignment with our technology roadmap and business values.Define a strategic vision for NVIDIA data-center management together with software and hardware architects.What we need to see:M.Sc. or PhD, or equivalent experience Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.3+ years of overall experience.Expert level knowledge and experience in data center provisioning and lifecycle management.Experience with or contributions to some or all of the following:Cluster API (CAPI) and some of its bare metal infrastructure providers such as Metal3.ioprovisioning systems such as Maas or Ironicautomation tools such as Ansible or Terraform.Experience with Kubernetes (K8s) and services deployment.Container management and deployment experience.Experience with network virtualization tools, such as OVS and/or OVN.Experience in system software design and operating system fundamentals.Proven track record to stay ahead of a technology envelope, understand the state-of-the-art research, dabble into new technologies to develop practical applications, and generate innovative ideas.Clear verbal and written communication with the proven ability to build consensus within a large organization.NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
