This role will be on an initial six month fixed term contract with the successful candidate partnering with hiring teams across EMEA. If you have a curiosity about ground-breaking technology and a solid understanding of how it is commercialised then this could be the role for you!What you will be doing:Our Recruiters are responsible partnering with hiring teams across the region. You will identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent aligned with business needs. This role focuses on the full life-cycle of our candidates, from the first engagement, throughout the assessment process and offer extension.Ownership of the full lifecycle for NVIDIA’s EMEA recruitment activity, supporting Sales, Marketing and G&A hiring managers.Build and maintain a network of high quality candidates through creative sourcing techniques. This may include web sourcing, networking events, research, referrals, and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipelinePartner closely with key colleagues namely sourcers, coordinators and HR ensuring an excellent candidate experienceEngage in regional and global HR/ Recruiting projects as the need arises.Maintain an awareness of issues like attrition / retention, workforce diversity, employee engagement and career development opportunities within the business and provide insights as needed.What we need to see:3+ years of Recruitment experience partnering with hiring managers across multiple countries. Demonstrable success in attracting and hiring top Sales and Marketing talent.Outstanding technical sourcing skills gained either in-house or in an RPO environment, with a focus on ensuring access to high quality talent in a timely manner.Proven ability to partner and influence senior management, hiring leaders and other key internal partnersA sound sense of urgency and ownership, with a high level of confidentiality.The ability to navigate and work within a global, matrix environment with multiple partners.Prior ATS experience knowledge of Workday is beneficial but not requiredWith highly competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package, NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
