NVIDIA is searching for a Solutions Architect to help customers solve challenging problems using AI. Solutions Architects are the primary technical contacts for our customers and engage deeply with application developers and scientific researchers. We need individuals who can develop positive relationships with customers, learn their requirements, and work to bring solutions that enable their success.Your primary responsibility will be to become a trusted technical advisor to our customers in Canada. You should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, communicating with a broad range of customers from research organizations to enterprise customers, and have experience with (or the ability to learn about) NVIDIA’s solutions in areas such as Generative AI, LLMs, and high performance computing. We are laser-focused on helping customers adopt our platform, and you’ll need to be knowledgeable about a broad array of NVIDIA platforms. We expect you to work closely with the entire customer team, including sales, program management, and business development.What you’ll be doing:Engage with customers to develop a keen understanding of their goals, strategies, and technical needs – and help to define and deliver high-value solutions that meet these needs.Develop and demonstrate solutions using NVIDIA’s platforms including state-of-the-art ML/DL, data science, and HPC.Stay current with the state of the art in AI and scientific computing ecosystems.Provide customer requirements to engineering to foster product and platform improvements.Document what you know and teach others. This can vary from building targeted training for partners and other Solutions Architects, to writing whitepapers, blogs, and wiki articles, to simply working through hard problems with a customer on a whiteboard.Some travel to customers and conferences may be required.What we need to see:BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, other Engineering or related fields (or equivalent experience).5+ years of hands-on experience, primarily with machine learning and deep learning software architecture and frameworks.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.Strong written and oral communications skills, independent and able to multitask effectively with minimal day-to-day direction.Ways to stand out from the crowd:Excellent knowledge of theory and practice of Generative AI and Large Language Models.Experience with NVIDIA GPUs and software libraries, working with the engineering or research community.Proven experience as a sales engineer/solutions architect.NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
