NVIDIA is looking for a Sr. Manager, Global Contingent Workforce Program Manager to join our Global Recruiting Operations Team. In this role, you will work with internal and external business partners and cross functional teams to develop and scale our contingent workforce strategy and programs. You will implement and maintain best practices, establish, and maintain staffing supplier relationships, leverage data and analytics to drive solutions and program improvements. You will be responsible for contingent worker and hiring manager communications and training. You will also be responsible for ensuring great experiences for our contingent workers and managers and partners.What you'll be doing: Responsible for global management of the Contingent Worker program including global strategies, planning efforts and solutions. Analyze data, provide insights, to stay ahead of market trends and be able to anticipate the needs of business and pivot programs as needed.You will develop, establish, and maintain best practice processes for the day-to-day operations for the Global Contingent Workforce Program Responsible for vendor management selection, contract negotiations and ongoing vendor partnershipsWork cross functionally with internal teams, key stakeholders, external partners, across the globe to provide the best solutions and programs. Responsible for continuing process improvements and change management.Partner with People team to educate and train hiring managers on contingent workforce laws, strategy, and policies. What we need to see: 10+ overall years of managing and scaling in house contingent workforce programs and 4+ years of managing global and cross functional teams.Experience implementing and managing global VMS and MSP Independent, self-starter, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with quickly changing business needs. Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and a fast learner Understanding of contract management, international laws for various types of contingent workers Strong analytical skills and ability to identify insights, trends and pivot as needed. Experience with vendor management, compliance, labor law, corporate compensation, employee relations, process Improvement, change management.Clear and concise verbal, written presentation skills to various levels of stakeholders Passion for simplifying workflows for ease of use and consistency. BA/BS or equivalent experience The base salary range is 188,000 USD - 299,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
