NVIDIA is seeking an incredible Enterprise Art Director to join our in-house creative web team. You’ll help us build interactive and engaging web experiences in areas like generative AI, design and simulation, autonomous vehicles, high-performance computing, robotics, and healthcare. You’ll collaborate with a team of creative directors, art directors, graphic designers, copywriters, and account managers. Yes, actual account managers that make your life easier. You will learn, understand, and develop the next chapters of our enterprise campaigns and announcements and help shape the company's future. What you'll be doing:Lead and manage the Enterprise creative web team.Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Event, and Web Development teams to strategize on web campaigns, events, and announcements.Conceptualize, design, present, and execute forward-thinking creative digital design and web experiences, including websites, microsites, landing pages, newsletters, and more.Use meticulous attention to detail as it applies to the application of the NVIDIA brand guidelines and design systems.Create conceptual wireframes and design from existing wireframes.Present and deliver beautiful, finalized, full-fidelity design comps for implementation.Manage creative asset production across multiple projects.Understand and demonstrate principles of web and graphic design for layout, production, typography, and photography.You'll create in a non-linear, agile manner.What we need to see:10+ overall years of proven experience working with established brands, building or extending web design systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.3+ years of leadership experienceProficiency in user experience design principles, design systems, and techniquesPower user of web design and prototyping tools: Adobe Creative Cloud, and FigmaDesign-level familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologiesProficiency in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, OutlookProficiency in Google Suite: Docs, Sheets, SlidesYou're a master of branding principles and how they apply to large companiesA love for technology, and a passion to understand hi-tech products from the inside out.A BFA, BS, or MFA in Graphic Design or equivalent field is required, or equivalent experienceProficiency in tracking your work in project management and enterprise content management tools such as WorkfrontWays to stand out from the crowd:Ability to seek out and evangelize the latest creative UX design trends, individuals, work, techniques, and technologies, and embrace changePassion for user-centered design and creating excellent user experiences rather than screens or pagesSelf-motivating, independent, and committed to getting things doneYou have a love for technology; an ability and passion to understand hi-tech products from the inside outBonus points for hands-on skills in illustration, infographics, 3D, motion graphics, video, storyboarding, and in-house experienceNVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
