Renew Solutions Business Strategy ManagerDescription -Responsibilities:Strategy Development and Execution:Develop and implement a comprehensive refurbishment and remanufacturing strategy that aligns with the organization's vision and goals, with a strong emphasis on sustainability.Drive strategic initiatives to optimize refurbishment and remanufacturing processes, focusing on resource efficiency, waste reduction, carbon footprint reduction, and circular economy principles.Collaborate with cross-functional executives to ensure alignment with broader organizational strategies and sustainability objectives.Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a sustainable competitive edge.Identify growth opportunities, new markets, and strategic partnerships related to refurbishment and remanufacturing, ensuring alignment with the organization's sustainability objectives.Digital Transformation Leadership:Lead the digital transformation efforts in refurbishment and remanufacturing operations, leveraging digital technologies to enhance sustainability practices, operational efficiency, data analytics, and customer experience.Identify and evaluate digital solutions, platforms, and partnerships that can drive sustainable practices, improve resource utilization, and minimize environmental impact.Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, promoting a digital mindset with a strong focus on sustainability.Long-term Business Planning:Contribute to the development of the organization's long-term business plans, incorporating refurbishment and remanufacturing strategies, digital transformation initiatives, and sustainability goals.Collaborate closely with Finance to ensure timely delivery of all long-term planning and business planning objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish performance targets, develop performance dashboards, and create a culture of continuous improvement.Business Intelligence and Performance Management:Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making, prioritize sustainable practices, and promote a circular economy approach.Stay abreast of emerging technologies and tools in business intelligence and analytics, recommending and implementing innovative solutions to enhance Data-Driven decision-making processes.Build and maintain a robust business analytics and performance management system to track key metrics, monitor KPIs, and evaluate the success of refurbishment and remanufacturing initiatives.Utilize Data-Driven approaches to drive process improvements, identify operational inefficiencies, and optimize resource allocation, ultimately enhancing sustainability practices.Implement effective data visualization techniques and reporting mechanisms to communicate performance metrics, trends, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.Collaboration and Partnership:Work closely with product owners to align the Renew strategy with product development and lifecycle management.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, finance, and IT, to ensure the seamless execution of Renew initiatives.Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and leverage expertise.Qualifications:Master's degree in business administration, operations management, supply chain management, or a related field.Proven track record in strategy development, value chain management, and operations optimization.Strong understanding of remanufacturing or refurbishment processes and knowledge of related industry trends.Familiarity with various business models, including circular economy principles and sustainable practices.Proficiency in digital solutions such as IoT, AI, and data analytics, with an ability to leverage them to optimize operations.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, driven by a data-driven approach.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver results consistently.Entity Sales and serviceJob -Business PlanningSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Spain)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
