This is an amazing opportunity to work on an emerging product, closely collaborating with global higher-education institutions. The team reports to the Director of Product Management. We have a great skill set in product building, customer success, and going to market, and we would love to speak with you if you have skills in project management and inbound and outbound communication.  About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  At least 2 years experience in project management for a global tech company At least 1 year experience in outbound and inbound communicationExcellent soft skills and a proven team playerBachelor's degree or at least 4 years of equivalent relevant experienceProficiency in English at an advanced or fluent levelIt would be great if you also had . . .  Experience with the higher education industryExperience with managing SaaS product projectsWhat will you be doing in this role? Coordinating projects with lead libraries around the worldCoordinating internal projects in Ex LibrisFacilitating communication between the Ex Libris product team and customers, often during off-work hoursFacilitating communication between the Ex Libris product team and internal departmentsThe product you will be developingRosetta is a SaaS-based digital asset management and preservation solution for higher education and public libraries.
