Essential Functions: Financial Analysis and Reporting:Prepare financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.Technology-Driven Solutions:Collaborate with the finance team to identify areas where technology can improve efficiency and accuracy in financial processes.Partner to implement and drive utilization of financial software tools and systems to streamline reporting and data analysis.Data Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial data, ensuring data integrity and consistency across various systems and reports.Contribute to data cleansing and validation efforts to enhance the quality of financial information.Budgeting and Forecasting:Develop budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with business units and finance managers.Monitor budget performance and analyze variances to identify potential areas of resource efficiency.Financial Modeling:Build and update financial models to analyze business scenarios and assess their impact on financial performance. Prepare financial presentations for internal stakeholders and senior management.Compliance and Internal Controls:Help maintain compliance with financial regulations and internal control procedures.Participate in internal audits and assist in implementing recommendations.Process Improvement: Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance department, leveraging technology to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness.Qualifications:Required:Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, 2-4 years of relevant experience or a combination of experience and education Strong understanding of financial concepts, accounting principles, and financial analysis.
