Some examples our product suite include prospecting models, brand affinity models, venue-selection models, season ticket retention models, pricing models and economic impact studies. The list goes on and there are more requests every day.THE JOB We are looking for a Manager, Analytics who is passionate about discovering trends and insights hidden in large data sets that are meaningful and actionable, while at the same time driving forward across analytical collaboration both internally and externally. You will be working on some of the most interesting and challenging problems in the sports, arts, family, and concert areas our clients face and you will have the opportunity to take our data-driven insights, convert them to recommendations and communicate those recommendations directly to our clients. You will also work with our LiveAnalytics Product Director to help create new and innovative product solutions and find opportunities for process optimization. In addition, you will be working with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions. You will have the opportunity to build models and see them all the way into production. Similarly, the manager will have an enhanced focus on helping to tell the LiveAnalytics story to internal and external stakeholders. This will lead to further business development opportunities, as well as a focus on metrics and findings that can be relayed to Sales Enablement for public consumption.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Produce and deliver audience insights, prospect and retention models, customer segmentation, market propensity reports, ad-hoc data pulls, and other existing products leveraging the worlds largest live entertainment database.Work with implementation team on scoping, design, and delivery of client projects while also managing timelines and prioritization.Help to drive the internal and external narrative that LiveAnalytics is the ultimate source for insights across live entertainment, working with business development, marketing, and sales enablement.Ultimately develop and manage the LiveAnalytics analyst group, focusing on mentoring and education, while streamlining client analysis and deliverables.Work with various departments across Ticketmaster and Live Nation to collaborate and uncover shared data and insights opportunities.Lead analytical thought, analysis, and outputs for the overall global strategy of LiveAnalytics.Establish and maintain relationships with focused efforts to lean on UK Host, SportsXR, Microflex, and other international ticketing databases.Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies.Serve as resident expert in statistical analysis, including model development, validation, and maintenance.Query, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources and structures and carry out data cleansing and normalization tasks to ensure data integrity.Construct models to predict consumer behavior, propensities, preferences, lifetime value, and retention.Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.Work with internal data engineering team to automate model implementation.Conduct ad-hoc analysis and presenting results to internal and external stakeholders.Interact with internal and external clients to develop hypotheses, scope project requirements, formulate and execution analyses, and present results and recommendations.Our job descriptions evolve with our business need and priorities.
