Bring your brightest version of you and have a brighter work day here.About the TeamThe newly formed Field Engagement & Planning team is a pillar within Global Sales Enablement (GSE) responsible for owning and managing GSE’s relationships with field sales globally.About the RoleThe Director of Field Engagement and Planning will lead a team of Engagement Managers and Sales Training leads dedicated to North America and Specialized, while focusing individually on managing the relationship with Large Enterprise in North America.   Responsibilities include leading a team that:Provides consistent voice of the field input to GSE initiatives, practices, and processesEstablishes trusted partnerships with Sales Leadership, Sales Strategy & Operations Leaders, and key support teamsPartners across GSE and Revenue Operations to secure leadership sponsorship and field input for global program strategy and executionDevelops and socializes enablement roadmaps that include global programs, GTM, and segment specific prioritiesExecutes and delivers global and segment specific training, coaching, and development programsHas an awareness of all enablement efforts happening in-region or by segmentAbout YouBasic Qualifications12+ years of relative work experience in a Sales, Sales Support or Presales role is required, preferably aligned to a Large Enterprise environment5+ years of experience successfully leading teams with direct and dotted reporting linesOther QualificationsAbility to establish and develop trust with Workday executive sponsors and communicate regularly with senior sales leaders Experience working cross-functionally and collaboratively across pre-sales, sales, services, marketing, product, etc. to align on and drive projects to completionAbility to deliver results with minimal guidance and short turnaround timesStrong people leader with excellent level of interpersonal skillsWorkday Pay Transparency Statement - United States The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations in the United States (US) are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
