As a Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday's product solutions. You will provide your implementation expertise to our clients while understanding how to best configure and test Workday solutions to meet their business requirements. You should be detail oriented, self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented, and able to successfully partner with customers and your project team. Be ready to be challenged and have fun!Key Areas of ResponsibilityMaster at least 2 modules in the Workday HCM product suite (HCM Core and Payroll).Perform the following on a client engagement: understand client business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate the configurations through the building of prototype configuration, assist the client in testing.Work with the client to help convert legacy data into Workday.Assist the Integration Consulting team to configure and test integrations between Workday and third-party/custom solutions.Understand Workday’s Implementation Methodology and use it on all client engagements.Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday's proven solutions.Mentor and share product knowledge with other consultants.Help deliver successful project outcomes and lasting client relationships.About YouBasic Qualifications:2+ years of functional experience with at least one of the following HCM Software OR Payroll Software.Previous consulting experience either as a consultant with a professional services company or as an internal consultant.Experience implementing or working with Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate or similar applications.Other QualificationsThis position will be a hybrid, in-office role in one of our office locations in either Monterrey (San Pedro) OR Guadalajara (Zapopan).Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.Passion for customer service.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.Experience deploying multiple projects simultaneously a plus.Bilingual in Spanish and English required.Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
