You enjoy collaborating with diverse teams but can also work independently.The PositionOrganizational Change Management (OCM) is a framework for managing the effect of new business processes, changes in organizational structure, shifts in a company’s culture, etc., on those impacted by the change. As an OCM Analyst, you will assist our Finance Project Management Team to design, execute and support change management activities, including stakeholder analyses, change impact analyses, communication plans, training materials, etc. for large-scale, cross-functional, and global initiatives.This position offers successful individuals a path to professional certification training, an opportunity to work with a diverse, global team, and growth in the fields of Organizational Change and Project Management. Informational Videos on Organizational Change Management. https://change-management-institute.com/animations/Primary Responsibilities· Assist in the development of the overall change communications plan and content· Collaborate in the design, development and delivery of learning collateral (stakeholder analysis, change impact analysis, training materials, etc.)· Support global functional business leaders to diagnose issues and develop solutions to improve effectiveness· Monitor change management success measures and report out on progress· Disseminate information relevant to the audience and project needs, utilizing a variety of methods such as surveys, intranet websites, email, etc.· Work with Change Manager to pull together focus groups and/or surveys to gather input on behalf of a project team and develop strategic and tactical response plans· Work closely with internal Change Champions to facilitate change adoption· Engage stakeholders to gather input/reviews/feedback/sign-offs as required in the various stages of the projectQualifications/Skills· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal· Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience· Self-starter· Highly organized and detail-oriented· Intrigued with people and system adoption· Able to influence without authority· Strong aptitude with computers, with the desire to learn new technology and tools· Strong skills in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS, Outlook)Equinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.  If you are a qualified candidate and need assistance or an accommodation, please let us know by completing this form.
