It will also play a key role in further enhancing culture of information security awareness within our data center environments.ResponsibilitiesImplements program for the sites in scope in partnership with Data Center Leadership, and Country/ Site Leads. Ensures compliance with Hong Kong local law and regulationsPrimary force driving employee engagement in programs at Hong Kong Data Centers within, enhancing culture of teamwork, influencing others to prioritize information security as a key component to successPerforms routine site inspections and monitors performance for a group of Data Centers including holding routine meetings working with site management/leads for further engagementEnsures reporting, analyzes trends, and makes recommendations to modify and improve practicesDevelop, organizes, monitors, and conducts training as needed and provides leadership for communityImplements Equinix Global policies and procedures and tools as appropriate and implements compliance standards, ISO 27001Responsible for ensuring any audit findings (customer, external, internal audits) have been resolved within their scope of responsibilityQualifications3+ years experience running or supporting compliance program in data center, construction, manufacturing, or similar sectorExperience with ISO27001 implementation a plusUndergraduate degree preferred but not required (so long as demonstrated comparable experience), Graduate Degree a plusProactive with strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills, problem solving mind-set, and ability to write reportsHigh integrity, skilled communicator, ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities working with different levels of colleagues/stakeholders across EquinixExperience working with various cross-functional teams and cultures
