Deep knowledge of industry best practices, with the ability to implement them working with larger team cloud, support, and the product teams.Scope:We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Automation Architect to design, implement, and maintain cloud-based automation solutions for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud computing technologies, automation tools, and DevOps methodologies, as well as a proven track record of designing and implementing complex automation solutions in a cloud environment. In this role, you will be involved in working on automation projects related to Cloud Infrastructure and Application. Primary Responsibilities:Design and implement cloud-based automation solutions to improve efficiency, scalability, and reliability of our cloud infrastructure.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop solutions to meet business needs.Develop and maintain automation scripts, templates, and workflows using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and CloudFormationMonitor and optimize cloud infrastructure performance, security, and cost using automation tools and best practices.Stay up to date with emerging cloud technologies and automation tools and evaluate their potential impact on our organization.Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and standard operating procedures.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other members of the cloud engineering team.Develop Web and Scripting based automation solution to automate day to day tasks.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable development plans.Build hybrid Cloud Infrastructure workflows leveraging CI/CD pipelines on Jenkins, Azure Devops, Git ActionsPartner with application and Infrastructure team for development and testing of automation solution.Design, engineer, and implement Infrastructure as a code with API first approach.Review the existing automation repositories and find opportunities for consolidation and building common framework.Help design, build, and cultivate adoption of automation across all layers.Participate in the project management decision making process.Build self-service framework to automate tasks to delegate control and execute tasks in background.Build automation for fixing bugs, system upgrades, database upgrades.What we are looking for:Bachelor’s degree (STEM preferred) and minimum of 10-15 years of relevant work experience as an IT automation engineer/SRE/ or Devops engineer; Ideal candidate should have progressive experience in design, development, Infrastructure engineering and Cloud computing. Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation)The right candidate should have knowledge of Python, PowerShell, Ansible, Bash, SQL, Networking technologies, Git Actions etc.Experience with DevOps methodologies and tools (Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes)Excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Experience with serverless computing (Lambda, Azure Functions)Experience with monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, ELK, Splunk, AppD Stack)Experience with database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MSSQL, MongoDB)Solid understanding of cloud Infrastructure environments, specifically Linux/Unix, Windows based deployments.Excellent SQL skills and ability to write complex queries to pull and analyze data from multiple sources.Good understanding of different file formats such as YML, JSON, Parquet.Excellent organizational skills, able to take a systematic approach in resolving issues.Our ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
