As a Product Designer, we will depend on you to build meaningful, collaborative relationships with our product and engineering partners, with a focus on craft of execution, creating innovative and intuitive solutions for our customers. This is a highly collaborative IC role, so we are looking for candidates that not only know how to deliver excellent user centered design solutions but also bring others along on that journey with them. This is a team effort, but we want people who can demonstrate leadership through design thinking. Responsibilities:Create outstanding, user-centered designs incorporating business requirements, product findings and customer feedbackDevelop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups and prototypesLeverage eBay’s existing design system into your solutions while also being able to thoughtfully contribute new additions to itParticipate in user research, testing and product discoveryCommunicate design work and drive future direction with peers, researchers, design leaders, product partners and executivesLeadership – self-starter with proactive stance toward achieving success on projects Requirements:6+ years of hands-on UI/UX design experience in Web and native apps.Experience driving design and user-experience for end-to-end projects.Solid understanding of the user-centered design process. Experience working in an agile based environment is a plus.As an individual contributor, hands-on experience of concepting and visualizing experiences through storyboarding, scenarios, task flows, and prototypes at all levels of fidelity.Flexible and have the ability to work with ambiguity and change during a project.Solid proficiency in design and wireframing software such as Figma and/or Sketch.
