WHY BOX NEEDS YOU  Box renews thousands of customers and hundreds of millions of dollars of subscriptions each year. For our customers the purpose of the renewal period is to re-entrench our position and drive for customer expansion. Box needs you to manage our renewal advisor team and drive customer retention and growth. This includes leading those who drive the renewal strategy, customer communication, negotiation, preparing pricing options, identifying expansion opportunities, revisions to terms and conditions, preparing quotes, and obtaining contract signatures. WHAT YOU'LL DO  Manage a team of renewal representatives who complete business-to-business commercial terms Actively use salesforce.com to manage the sales process, set standards for performance metrics, and revenue forecasts Foster, develop, and create a high performing team culture Create a strategic plan execution with a 1 year horizon Provide guidance on sales process improvements and recommend opportunities for your team Input on quota and key objective setting across team Be a subject matter expert across sales department WHO YOU ARE 2+ years of experience in sales management Proven record of success as an individual sales contributor with renewals/account management experience a plus Ability to hire and train new Renewals Team members Experience successfully managing people to achieve performance goals Experience partnering with other Sales Managers/CS Leaders to achieve common goals Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills Detailed knowledge of the Box and SaaS landscape Passion for best-of-breed cloud technologies Familiarity with Apttus quoting tools (e.g. CPQ; Configure Price Quote) Head-over-heels about this role — but not sure you meet all the requirements?
