What You’ll Be Doing:
We’re seeking an Accounting Manager to help support the finance vertical at Grow Therapy. You will own accounting workstreams such as our annual big-four audit, taxes & registrations, and building our financial control system. You’ll be part of a remote-friendly team working closely with our CEO and Strategic Finance team. Your responsibilities will include:
Lead Grow Therapy through financial audits and be the internal lead on all accounting related initiatives. Will own the relationship with the auditors and all third party financial firms (tax, accounting, compliance, etc.)
Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls and guidelines for the company
Establish financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, program monitoring, and reporting standards on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Implement consistent accounting policies, practices, and procedures across all departments
Provide comprehensive financial updates to the C-Suite by evaluating, analyzing, and reporting appropriate financial data points
Salary range: $110k-$180k
You’ll Be a Good Fit If:
4-8 years of accounting experience at a top-tier accounting firm and/or startups (experience at Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, or Ernst & Young highly preferred)
Have experience playing a lead role going through an audit on the audit from firm side or the industry side
Highly analytical/quantitative with exceptional technical accounting knowledge
Highly organized and thoughtful; has experience with managing multiple high velocity workstreams simultaneously
Team-oriented and willing to do jump into ad hoc special projects in fast-paced environments
Excited to play a big role on a lean team, including operating at levels both above and below the manager title
