The company is going through a phase of rapid growth and is expanding its HR leadership to help scale people managers and people processes of the company. Job Description You will be the HR business partner to company’s Sales, Business and G&A teams that are driving unprecedented business and company growth. You will also be the owner of the Talent Management function responsible for setting up and scaling talent management practices that allow the company to successfully grow and scale. This is a unique role that provides HRBP and COE leadership opportunity in a hyper growth environment. HRBP for Engineering: You will be the HRBP for entire business organization spread across US, Taiwan, China and Israel. This employee group constitutes about 50% of the company.  You will be the thought partner for CFO, SVP of Business and SVP of Sales & their LT as they manage rapid scaling of their teams and provide expert guidance on managing organization change and development You will provide coaching and guidance to senior managers as they manage exceptional talent in a rapid growth environment You will be the ambassador for Astera Labs culture for all employees in the organizations you support and will be their first point of contact for all people advisory. You will work on implementing all people processes like performance reviews, compensation, talent management, PIPs etc for the teams you support You will partner with Talent Acquisition and Compensation team to ensure hiring goals are met and rewards are in line with employee’s performance Talent Management Leader You will be responsible for setting strategic talent management agenda and scaling talent management function for the company. You will partner with Company’s LT and HR team members to understand the most important talent development needs and conceptualize, introduce and implement scalable talent management solutions. Your responsibility will include driving: Leader and manager development Broad based employee learning Succession planning program and processes High potential development program NCG and New Hire ramp programs You will need to wear both strategic and tactical hats to make quick progress in providing effective talent development solutions The role is currently scoped as senior individual contributor reporting to CHRO and is expected to evolve to a managerial role in 9-15 months as the company continues to scale. Required Qualifications Minimum 7+ years of progressive HR experience in technology companies Proven experience in HRBP role supporting engineering teams Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with leaders, employees and stakeholders Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
