Job Requisition ID #23WD73335Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join the Program Management team within COO Finance, providing strategic project support to cross-functional, Go-to-Market and Worldwide Field Operations teams through managing the alignment of Autodesk Construction Solutions (ACS) organization planning process with Autodesk’s Annual Worldwide Sales, multi-workstream Go-to-Market Planning Cycle. The goal of the program is to accelerate the issuance of individual annual sales targets to Sales Reps by the start of the fiscal year through aligning process, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams so that Sales can execute as soon as possible for the new fiscal year. This position will report to the Senior Manager, PMO team under COO Finance organization and will partner with Sales Finance Directors, Finance Business Partners, Sales Operations, Sales Operations, technical and workstream leads as well as fellow program management counterparts all driving towards parallel goals. ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage annual, cross-functional Annual ACS Planning Project under an overall Worldwide Sales Planning (TTS Acceleration) ProgramDevelop and execute multi-year plan to merge ACS processes to align with Worldwide Sales data and planning cycle processes Collaborate with workstream leads on workstream status, issues/risks, and understand dependencies impacting the programFacilitate project meetings and own project communicationsEstablish meeting agendas, follow-up on action items, and document meeting minutesEstablish strong partnership with the key stakeholdersOwn project timeline and ensure milestones are completed by workstreams on timeCreate weekly project status presentation to be communicated to key leadership and stakeholders as part of overall program communicationsDuring execution phase, work with Global Commissions Office on TTS Acceleration status reportingIdentify and partner with workstreams to mitigate risks and manage issues to meet project and program milestonesAble to breakdown business process and deliverables into key steps and define roles and responsibilities for each step and deliverable Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s Degree (MBA a plus)Minimum 10+ years of related experience with 5+ years of project management experienceKnowledge in appropriate project/program management methodology and deliverablesPrior experience in a B2B technology/software/SaaS companyExperience in Sales Operations, Sales Finance, Sales Compensation, Change Management, Quota Setting, and/or CommissionsAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Slack, SharePoint, Lucid, Visio, etc.)Familiar with complex enterprise application and data-heavy ecosystemsAttention to detail and accuracy; not afraid to get hands-on if neededAbility to work autonomously and in a team environmentStrong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skillsPositive and self-motivatedEnjoy working as part of a global team Preferred QualificationsAptitude for and experience with sales and financial software (e.g. Business Objects, Anaplan, QlikView, Salesforce, etc.)Exposure to data migrations, data validations, data analysis, and data visualization toolsMerge and acquisition project managementFinancial planning & analysis experienceThe Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is a team player who possesses strong people, analytical skills, business process design experience, and enjoys solving complex business problemsTo be successful, the candidate must be able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and explain complex conceptsThis person must be able to think logically about what steps, people, dependencies, and deliverables are needed to successfully achieve each milestoneThe candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is proactive and intellectually curious and possesses the aptitude to work independently in ambiguous environmentsLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $110,800 and $179,300. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
