As a WW Enterprise Health and Well-Being Development Executive, you will have the opportunity to impact Apple’s global enterprise health business for many years to come. In this position, you will partner with a variety of cross-functional teams to develop and execute holistic go-to-market strategies, plans, and initiatives to grow business in the health segment. Through your influence, you will create solutions for the well-being of customers and partners and help transform the way people work and manage health globally. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications 12+ years of business development, strategy, sales, or related experience in the clinical healthcare market. Background managing relationships with partners and large scale customers in the health segment is a plus. Deep understanding of the enterprise health market, including employee mental well-being and behavioral change health programs. Ability to formulate clear go-to-market strategy, drive execution, and grow business through partner teams. Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills, including the ability to influence cross-functionally, navigate partner organizational structures, and lead complex negotiations. Outstanding communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and business modeling skills with ability to transform data into actionable insights, business plans, and a long-term vision. Experience working with a remote/geographically dispersed team is a plus. Description Description In this role, you will: - Lead Apple’s worldwide go-to-market strategy for our Health and Well-Being use cases; This role focuses on employee/student well-being and worker safety use cases. - Collaborate with a matrixed team of partners and coordinate with local country teams on the key use cases and sell-in plan across the healthcare spectrum. - Identify new business opportunities that transform how companies innovate products and solutions to empower employees to do their best work and enrich the overall customer and patient experience. - Maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, including how to adopt solution delivery of employee mental well-being and behavioral change health programs from an enterprise view. - Refine, communicate, and innovate on our strategy in this area based on feedback from regional teams and customers. Education & Experience Education & Experience - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required - Master’s degree (MBA) preferred Additional Requirements Additional Requirements Pay & Benefits Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,500 and $263,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
