Peripherals Business Manager - Asia Pacific and JapanDescription -What a Peripherals Business Manager - Asia Pacific and Japan does at HP:Manages complex data and business analyses to develop business plans and make recommendations Works independently to construct complex statistical and financial models to forecast business performance Participate to the BMS (Business Management System) Processes for consumer Peripherals Participate to the definition of the metrics required to measure business performance, compares actual data to forecasted values, and develops the process for identifying and addressing performance gaps Works with cross-functional teams across to maximize consumer Peripherals financial performance Participate to the development of business plans based on historical and forecasted data and reports Identifies cutting-edge analytical tools, models, and methods for making key business decision  Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess: University or bachelor’s degree in Supply chain or Business ManagementTypically has 8-10 years of professional experience including some in Supply Chain, Demand Planning or Business Management or PlanningExperience in Peripherals business is a plus.
