The successful candidate is a strategic partner internally and externally with the Sales and Solution & Strategies organizations who work closely with account teams, business consultants, solution strategists, product managers and sales leadership to turn data into information, information into insight that will influence business decisions. The Value Consultant is a strategic role which combines competencies in business metrics, data acquisition, and customer engagement industry experience. This role supports account teams on high-profile engagements, facilitates executive meetings, and trains and educates the sales force.ResponsibilitiesValue Consulting Work closely with account teams to identify, prioritize and analyze key business value drivers, key influencers and understand how our solutions will help solve those problemsBuild ROI and TCO models to quantify the value of deploying Genesys solutions and support high-quality business cases presented to customersCreate and deliver executive-level presentations; support account teams in complex, high-profile customer engagementsPeriodically review engagements and recommend creative tools and approaches to assist account teams and customers. Data JunkieInterpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reportsDevelop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and qualityCompile benchmark database on pre-engagement and post-engagement metrics and re-purpose such data to support the fieldIdentify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets Requirements 5+ years of work experience, ideally in business consulting or analytical role in a complex selling environmentBeing fluent in English is mandatory.
