Summary Posted: Mar 14, 2022 Role Number: 200356608 Apple’s Special Project Group is seeking Senior Machine Learning engineers to help advance state-of-the-art simulation for autonomous technologies. You will directly play a role in integrating machine learning techniques into the core of our simulation efforts. Your work will advance our ability to develop, test, and verify mobile autonomous systems. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications 5+ years experience in python and expertise in a common deep learning framework (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc) Industry experience bringing a deep learning system from advanced research to production Experience with any of the following domains: reinforcement learning, agent modeling, 3D graphics, 3D mapping and reconstruction, raytracing, computational geometry, robotics algorithms Proficient in software development practices including design, estimation, code reviews, and automated testing. Excellent multi-functional collaboration skills: demonstrated ability to work across an organization with algorithm designs, verification engineers, and other technical departments. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $138,900 and $256,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
