Summary Posted: Dec 8, 2022 Role Number: 200447723 Apple’s Special Project Group is seeking a Senior Sensor Simulation Engineer to help advance state-of- the-art simulation for autonomous technologies. You will directly play a role in simulating sensors core to our simulation efforts. Your work will advance our ability to develop, test, and verify mobile autonomous systems. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications 5+ years of experience working on game development, computer graphics, visual effects projects Proficiency with game and rendering engines, (Unreal, Unity, etc.) Proficiency with C++ and Python Bonus points for experience with sensors common to autonomous systems; 3D design tools (Blender, Maya) Proficient in software development practices including design, estimation, code reviews, andautomated testing. Excellent multi-functional collaboration skills: proven ability to work across an organization with algorithm designs, verification engineers, and other technical departments. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $138,900 and $256,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
