The Keyboard team is responsible for the text input experience across iPhone, iPad, Mac, Watch, and Apple TV. We are looking for critical thinkers with a sharp eye for detail who would like to play a key role in qualifying these features and helping ensure Apple software is of the highest quality! Key Qualifications Key Qualifications 6+ years of Experience with white or black-box testing Proven bug detection and regression skills Self-motivated, critical thinking, and demonstrated creativity Fundamental understanding of Apple’s platforms - macOS and iOS Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task well and change focus quickly Proficient in Python, Javascript or similar scripting language Description Description As a Sr QA engineer, you will be working closely with other Keyboard UI Engineers & QA to establish the bar for quality & make sure that our products meet that bar - by doing manual testing & writing automation tests. Your main job responsibilities would include the following: Planning, designing, and driving test cases Performing ad-hoc and structured tests daily Bug reporting and isolation Writing automation Education & Experience Education & Experience Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent Additional Requirements Additional Requirements Pay & Benefits Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $134,000 and $223,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
