We are looking for someone to lead our Bangalore-based Failure Analysis team and collaborate with cross-functional teams across the globe to tackle some of the industry’s most complex and meaningful problems. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Deep understanding of a wide variety of materials characterization techniques Expertise in problem solving using fundamental failure analysis methodology to derive a root cause of failure Understanding of the mechanical, chemical, and electrical behavior of materials Ability to convey complex data sets from multiple sources into a concise and understandable form Experience with the daily operations of a laboratory Excellent verbal and written communication Proficient in Hindi and English Ability to lead multiple teams and prioritise multiple high priority tasks at the same time, delegating optimally Identifies and drives pivotal initiatives to improve lab efficiency and quality Description Description In this role, you’ll handle the day-to-day activities of the lab, set project priorities, drive laboratory improvements, and provide both technical and developmental mentorship to staff engineers. Education & Experience Education & Experience Position requires 5+ years of proven ability in failure analysis and materials characterization and 5+ years of managing/leading people.
