In this role you will be responsible for executing and growing the sales with the partner.
You will be a key contributor to Apple Poland consumer strategy and will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of sales programs by collaborating with internal/external partners to seek opportunities, develop account plans, roadmaps and execute omni-channel sales programs to drive growth and great customer experience. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Relevant sales experience with focus on selling direct to major Omni-channel partners and/or leading marketplace channels. In your experience, you have balanced delivering on short-term sales goals, while crafting balanced growth strategies for customers and partners, and demand for the future. Passion for eCommerce across brick’n’mortar channels, traditional online retailers and social commerce. You have demonstrated success in delivering volume, budget, forecasting, merchandising, marketing and operation with an strategic account / Financial analytics. Proven track record of closing out negotiations and delivering positive results with the ability to optimise and grow retail account. You have strategic, modeling and analytical skills with ability to transform data into actionable insights. Strong critical solution skills to identify issues and opportunities, evaluate options and provide recommendations. Demonstrated ability to build strong cross-functional relationships. You not only meet our customers’ expectations, but you exceed them. You possess strong collaboration skills and you're able to work in a dynamic, exciting environment. Description Description - Responsible for achieving sales growth in alignment with annual sales plans, goals/objectives, drive demand-generation activities with appropriate offers and marketing plans.
- Have a deep understanding of the Polish retail channel, eCommerce landscape, partners, and the needs of our end customers.
- Analyse business opportunities and develop key account plans and roadmaps to drive Apple’s strategy and playbooks with our partners.
- Responsible for managing the key channel accounts, which include tactical, daily execution of the business, programs negotiation, demand generation, operational optimisation, and building relationships with partners.
- Drive sales programs and sell into partners, negotiating for the best offers, value added services and premium visibility to achieve a phenomenal digital & brick’n’mortar customer experience with results that benefit Apple and our end customers.
- Partner with WW Sales team and Marketing Communications team to rollout global initiatives and ongoing CX optimisation with the partner.
- Work with regional cross-functional teams (Finance, Planning and Logistics) to provide ongoing partner forecast, business insights and manage inventory levels.
- Work with Partners to get online KPIs reporting to provide business insights and trends. Education & Experience Education & Experience Masters University degree or equivalent experience.
