Hardware Engineering is seeking a project manager to work on internal software applications for iOS and the web. If you are an adept problem solver, self starter, and excellent communicator with a focus on driving projects to completion, then we want to hear from you! You will be supporting a team of tools engineers across a variety of fields on internal, enterprise level applications. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications 3+ years of Engineering Project Management expertise delivering web based applications through a full project lifecycle. Experience in technical project management or engineering ownership of cloud & data infrastructure used by external engineering and data science teams Experience managing projects using Agile software development (e.g. Scrum or Kanban), and collaborating with multiple multi-functional teams Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Deep understanding of software product lifecycle Must be comfortable communicating with executive management Enjoys technical challenges and has the ability to work with various teams to resolve delivery dependencies Aptitude to independently learn new technologies Proficient in English and Portuguese Description Description The core responsibility for this role is to work closely with engineers on the timely execution of agreed upon roadmaps from leadership and partners. You should be prepared to address critical timeline impacts by offering solutions and recommending paths to resolution. This role will require a candidate to consistently meet with engineers over a diversity of subject areas including UX engineers, UI designers, software engineers, QA engineers, and Site Reliability Engineers (SRE). You will go deep into the details of your projects, and be ready at any time to communicate status optimally to your peers and leadership. Team collaboration and agreement are essential to success — you must be able to galvanize a broad range of opinions around a shared and common goal as well as represent the Hardware Tools Team in presentations to leadership. Education & Experience Education & Experience Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or other relevant field preferred Certifications related to Agile Project Management will be a plus Additional Requirements Additional Requirements
