The Applied Networking QA & Ops team is looking for an enthusiastic, meticulous software engineer to help deliver the next quality release of these products on Apple’s platforms. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Excellent programming skills in Python or other languages Ability to utilize debugging and troubleshooting techniques Excellent written and verbal communication Experience in Swift or Objective-C or C/C++ is a plus Understanding of data analytics is a plus Description Description The Applied Networking QA & Ops team is looking for a software engineer with a strong technical and triaging background to help screen and debug incoming issues. By understanding the reports coming in and escalating them appropriately, you will play a key part in making future releases of Sharing features even better. Excellent communication skills are a must because of the close interaction with engineering teams throughout Apple for this role. Your responsibilities in this role will include the design, development and automation screening and triaging of incoming bugs for our communication apps. You will triage incoming bugs, analyze logs, reproduce issues and help determine the correct resolvers, the priority of problems, while identifying emerging trends across the reported issues for our apps. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $92,700 and $179,100 annualized, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
