This individual will serve and a key point to enable innovative concepts and architectures for better display optical performance. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Hands-on experience and proven track of record in design, development, prototyping and technical investigation of OLED display technologies On record experience with OLED device fabrication, optimizations, and device inspection on production or R&D fabrication line In-depth understanding of OLED device performance characterization and interpretation Solid OLED device physics knowledge, semiconductor physics and experienced with electrical simulations Extensive coding experience in Python or Matlab Good understanding of OLED display technology and related optical performance trade-offs Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proactive attitude and team-working spirit Speaking proficiency in Mandarin is a plus Description Description Major responsibilities include:
- Investigate sophisticated display technologies. Analyze the trade-offs between design, process, performance, and implementation feasibility
- Conduct in-depth failure analysis to identify critical parameters and propose solution promptly using solid analytical tools or device models
- Work with multi-functional team on the display architecture, prototyping and system integration. The base pay range for this role is between $138,900 and $256,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
