If that’s you, then your next home may be here! We're seeking an individual who will provide production coordination and project management and to join its team of event professionals. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications 8-10 years as a Production Coordinator or Project Manager in the events and brand experience space. Proven cross-functional influential leadership to meet shared objectives. Excellent process management, planning and organizational skills. Making sense of complex information to effectively sole problems. Passionate about executing process to drive scale and results without compromising quality. Flexible and prepared for changes to the schedule, including working early mornings, evenings or weekends. Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs for different audiences. Description Description - Responsible for establishing and communicating all project schedules and key timelines of events with extended keynote teams and stakeholders, including executives. - Act as primary point of contact with external vendors and partners, including crew. - Primary liaison in set up of event production office, including supplies and equipment, communication tools, on-boarding crew, publishing call sheets and badging or access logistics. - Standardizing processes for organizing keynote events, design and utilize the tools and templates. - Coordinates resources throughout the organization to ensure that schedules and deliverables meet defined objectives and quality standards. - Leads and manages the creation of production schedules, including tracking all submissions and internal approvals and corresponding financial milestones. - Reviewing and approving crew, vendors and agency estimates. - Integrating/on boarding new vendors in process and tools. - Maintain team and operational documents; metrics, processes, crew arrival logistics and maps. - Plan agendas and facilitate required meetings; prioritize and drive cross-functional activities as related to the event and develop and handle communications, summary reports, and status for various audiences. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $86,400 and $166,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
