This role works with multiple internal and external production teams to provide engineering support for a variety of filmed, live, and/or broadcast events. Provides technical leadership with respect to engineering systems management, video capture and display technology, advanced signal flow, emerging technology, IP infrastructure, and gear maintenance. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications 10+ years’ experience as a broadcast, video, or facility engineer in production environments (e.g., studios, networks, broadcast trucks, or post production facilities). Experience with various equipment including but not limited to: Multidyne, AJA, Imagine Router, Barco E2, EVS, Christie & Dolby Projection, Clearcom Free Speak II, and RTS intercom systems. Hands-on experience with content creation and post production workflows, including knowledge of common recording and playback formats and standards. Working knowledge of fiber send and receive in 4K, 2SI and 1080p workflows. Experience with HDR production, including S-Log3, HLG and PQ workflows. Working knowledge of advanced system design with the ability to create line drawings and documentation. Experience integrating Apple technologies into SDI production. Working knowledge or experience with film style production a plus. Highly proficient in identifying and resolving operational inefficiencies, with strong experience in signal routing, monitoring, and quality assurance. Well-rounded production experience with ability to assist in different areas (e.g. prior experience as an audio engineer, lighting technician, camera operator, editor, or other operator roles). Superior communication skills, with an ability to summarize and share relevant information in a clear and easy-to-understand way. Strong vendor management and project management skills. Description Description - Functions as the technical lead for the facility, in concert with theatrical leadership, subject matter experts, and content stakeholders.
- Administers, maintains, and inventories all Audio/Visual, Network, and Communication systems and associated gear.
- Remains Current with technological developments in the video, presentation and broadcast fields by attending industry conferences regularly.

This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $110,700 and $212,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
