Key Qualifications Key Qualifications "Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field. Experience and/or education must include: Writing C Software Code; DSP Software Development; Software Design Documentation; Real-Time Software Programming; and Multi-threaded Programming." Description Description "Multiple positions available in Cupertino, California. Responsible for AirPlay software engineering. Interact closely with component managers, engineering teams, and program managers on feature development and bug fixes. Create and maintain software design documentation for reference and reporting. Build audio test and verification tools. Debugging and analyzing defects in shipping software, and developing tests to catch them before they ship to customers. Develop computer software in the C programming language. Triage and debug defects in AirPlay software. Write software design documentation. Collaborate with Quality Engineering team to ensure developed software is adequately tested. 40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $141378 - $208300/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
