Key Qualifications Key Qualifications "Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. 1 year of experience with each of the following skills is required: Software Development methodologies and lifecycle Project Management Software stack optimization of performance and memory constrained systems including CPU, GPU, or Apple Neural Engine Build and test code versioning and build tools such as Stash, Bitbucket, or Git Quality Engineering processes such as smoke testing, acceptance testing, or image quality testing" Description Description "Multiple positions available in Cupertino , California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Define, schedule and track the software engineering team’s work and its multifunctional initiatives. Bring together different teams from Software, Hardware and Design to deliver groundbreaking technology across operating systems. Drive large, cross-functional programs related to user experiences, algorithm development and core operating systems. Provide detailed analysis of internal tasks, tools and work items to provide direction on schedule, convergence and planning of projects. Communicate overall program status, identify and resolve conflicts, inter-dependencies and programing issues. Manage a team consisting of iOS and MacOS Software Engineers and Project Managers. 40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $183400 - $275600/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
