Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Must be able to work with little supervision on daily assignments and working autonomously, handling critical and confidential information while also dealing with ambiguity. In this role you will need to fill in the blanks as much as possible. Previous experience supporting Senior Leaders/Management in an Administrative capacity “Seeing around corners” and being proactive. You look for gaps, but you find a way to address them so that they never become problems. Proven track record of coming up with solutions to problems when the solutions are not obvious. Writing and talking to people with professionalism; you will be representing the organization’s leadership at all times. Meeting deadlines and making well-informed decisions. Anticipating needs and reacting with the best interest of the team and Apple. Organization, attention to detail, and prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment. Proficiency with a variety of technologies and software tools — and a proven track record to pick up new ones as they arise — including Apple software like Calendar, eApproval, Keynote, Pages, and Numbers, and collaboration tools like Slack and Quip Description Description Your responsibilities are to support and assist a Senior leader with their administrative tasks along with their team In this position, you will serve as a key support to a VP, ensuring their priorities are addressed and chipping in significantly to the smooth operation of the organization. Your ability to multitask and lead incoming tasks without extensive oversight is critical. Additionally, you'll help the organizational Administrative team, investing in their mentorship, growth, and career progression. It's inevitable that rapid changes will occur at times, and during these moments, your composure will be necessary. Your daily responsibilities encompass a range of administrative tasks: from calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating the VP's executive calendar, to travel coordination and expense report processing. Moreover, you'll engage in special projects that impact the broader organization. Collaboration with fellow administrative professionals is frequent, and you'll play a pivotal role in onboarding and training new team members. Your involvement extends to recruitment, where you'll screen and interview potential new Administrative hires for the organization and potentially further afield. This role offers both breadth in tasks and depth in interactions across various organizational levels. Handling critical information with discretion will be key. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $39.40 and $71.65/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
