The Platform Services & Operations team in Core OS is looking for a Workflow Systems Data Analytics Manager to grow and foster an impactful team of data professionals. You’ll champion data science methods with the team to design and develop essential workflow analytics at scale. The Workflow Engineering team enable teams to deliver high quality software through best in class engineering experiences, efficient workflow, data driven insights, and a culture of continuous improvement. Your team’s focus is delivering practical data insights, and engaging with partners across the organization in support of workflow initiatives. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications 5+ years of industry experience in a data science or analytics role 2+ years of experience managing a data science or analytics team Proven track record of successfully leading data-driven initiatives and projects in an engineering environment Proficiency in data analytics, summary statistics, principles of descriptive analysis, and predictive modeling Experience working with multi-functional teams to deliver results and advance data science strategy Outstanding communication and presentation skills to all levels of an organization Experience translating business questions into clear answers, using analytics and data science techniques Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically about data-driven solutions to engineering challenges Experience in producing powerful visualizations and dashboards that balance both art and science applying Tableau Strong communication skills and ability to effectively present complex data insights through story telling to internal customers Description Description Oversee a team of strong data scientists, analysts, and engineers, to deliver comprehensive workflow analytics

This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $166,400 and $289,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
