We're seeking an expert software tester with an emphasis on testing sales applications to lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts for AppleCare product teams. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of QA leadership in a testing environment Deep knowledge of software development life cycle, Agile testing methodologies, and testing tools Experience in developing test plans, assessing risk, filing appropriate defects, and software QA metrics Experience performing manual testing of iOS and web based applications Sales transactional testing experience (credit card payment gateways and payment processing) Technical ability to understand developer discussions of root cause of error Knowledge of programming and scripting languages Ability to think & implement testing from a user’s perspective Detailed ability to review and analyze test scripts Experience with defect management and reporting systems Experience with test automation procedures Excellent organizational and documentation skills Good communication and team collaboration skills Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguous tasks and accommodate evolving business needs Experience managing multiple concurrent projects Experience successfully guiding onshore and offshore testers Description Description As a member of the AppleCare Digital Quality Platform’s team, you will play a significant role in ensuring AppleCare Digital's software sales initiatives have met the required quality standards before releases launch. Your ability to stay organized, identify bugs, troubleshoot issues, coordinate testing efforts and provide risk assessment to our client is crucial to success in this position. You will have strong written and verbal skills and offer flexibility that can absorb ad hoc tasks in addition to the overall assignment.
