Key Qualifications Key Qualifications 10+ years sales leadership experience setting vision and purpose for an organization, leading leaders, directing senior individual contributors, and influencing in a matrix environment 5+ years of experience as a leader in an enterprise channel sales organization, preferably with design and operational responsibilities for channel incentives, partner authorizations, and/or sales execution programs Record of effectively partnering with cross-functional teams such as sales, legal, marketing and finance Adept at executive partner influence - excellent communication, both oral and written, and presentation skills Ability to think strategically and also implement flawlessly under tight timelines Ability to simplify the complex and achieve clarity when ambiguity exists Experience successfully leading a remote/geographically dispersed team Description Description As the Head of our US Enterprise Channel Programs team, you will be responsible for driving our commercial (B2B) channel strategy into our resell partner’s go to market efforts. This is accomplished by programmatically applying Apple’s resources to amplify our partner’s focus, capabilities, and actions. Those resources include our incentives, training programs, product category management, customer segment management, and partner authorizations.
This role works closely with Apple sales and functional leadership, as well as resell partner executives to design, build, evolve, and run sales programs that shape our partners go-to-market behaviors and the customer experience that they deliver. In this role, you will balance channel strategy, execution of business priorities, and a constant reimagining of whatʼs possible to build scale and ensure our resellers capabilities elevate at the same rate as the customers they support.
This is a rapidly growing business that is highly dynamic due to strong customer demand and changing market conditions.

This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $208,700 and $313,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
