Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Experience writing code in Objective C or Swift to test an API, SDK, or Frameworks Experience developing for iOS, iPadOS, macOS, watchOS and/or tvOS Experience developing various forms of software tests (unit, functional, performance, stress) with XCTest and Xcode Experience in driving development and deployment of continuous integration systems Detail oriented, analytical, and creative problem solver with interest in developing quality software Ability to triage problems, prioritize accordingly, and propose a resolution Ability to work independently, raise issues and take corrective action Keen eye for detail Description Description As a Software Engineer in Test, you will work in a multi-functional team which is responsible for many projects on Apple’s platforms that drive testing and features across Apple from System Experience, to Input Experience. You will work closely with other software engineers, project managers and various QA teams at Apple. Your role will help Apple scale in test development with creating testable code bases, supporting frameworks, developing tests, triaging results, debugging problems, and improving testing internally to insure the next generations of Apple’s operating systems are delivered with the highest quality possible. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $131,500 and $243,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
