Join Apple, and help us leave the world better than we found it. Join the Data Center Operations Planning and Analytics team working at our newest data center. You will have the opportunity to influence decisions, impact operational directions and identify strategies that will benefit Apple and our customers while partnering with our teams globally to support our customers. Our team provides detailed financial oversight along with project and vendor management to the site leadership teams and the DCO leadership team. We work with teams in finance, procurement and facilities to ensure the continued operation of our hyper scale data centers in AMR and EMEIA and provide our internal and external customers the continuity of service and data integrity they expect from Apple. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Great attention to detail and strong, creative problem-solving skills Financial reporting, forecasting, tracking, purchase order management and analytic reporting experience Experience with contract management, payables/receivables and budgeting Analysis, tracking and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Excellent customer service and people skills. Ability to collaborate with peers across sites and teams Ability to multi-task and prioritize work under demanding timelines Ability to work independently while completing team goals Must be able to drive cross functional projects and improve solutions Ability to lead, manage, and inspire change across multiple teams Experience in Excel, Tableau, corporate ERP Systems (SAP preferred), and FileMaker is a plus Description Description The Data Center Analyst will develop and lead a variety of projects and provide financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and reporting within a mission critical data center environment. This position requires a highly motivated individual with good communication skills and project management experience with the ability to report, analyze and understand data. This person needs to be able to reach across organizational boundaries, build relationships, and feel comfortable managing projects that have diverse stakeholders. Education & Experience Education & Experience BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent professional experience in finance, data center operations and project management. Additional Requirements Additional Requirements The DC Analyst wears multiple hats and prioritizes multiple projects, teams, cost centers and location responsibilities. The Analyst will be based in Waukee, Iowa at our data center and will work collaboratively with teams across Apple. The right candidate will be able to see around the corner and bring a “big picture” approach to the team.
