We are seeking an experienced, results-oriented, and versatile leader who is passionate about frontend technologies to lead our Ad Platforms frontend teams. The ideal candidate can excel in a matrix organization and Agile environment, and can design and deliver world class solutions to support our team processes across Ad Platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strong managerial expertise with solid hands-on technical capabilities and an eye for a scalable design & architecture. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications 8+ years of experience managing software development teams Proven track record of building diverse technical teams, promoting collaborative culture, and supporting career growth of teams Prior experience in architecting, designing, and developing complex large-scale applications using modern web technologies, including HTML/CSS/JavaScript or TypeScript Demonstrated proficiency in at least one JavaScript framework like React, Vue.js, Angular.js or equivalent Deep knowledge of Node.js, NPM and Webpack Experience in building strong partnerships with product managers, UX designers, cross-functional partners and business stakeholders, and demonstrating an ability to influence, resolve conflicts, and drive results Strong sense of ownership, customer service, and integrity, demonstrated through clear communication Ability to empower people, instill accountability, and achieve results Proven track record of owning and leading delivery of projects, providing subject matter expertise in a functional domain and running engineering processes Experience building and scaling systems on premise, hybrid and the cloud Prior experience in advertising industry is a huge plus! Description Description As a Manager of the frontend teams, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the product management team, UX Design team and the cross-functional teams. This position requires a self-motivated individual with strong technical leadership, communication, and project management skills. You will lead a team of frontend engineering managers and engineers and will need to partner with other team members across the organization to design and develop sleek, high performant web applications and with high quality for our customers. Develop and maintain a working knowledge of trends and standard methodologies within Apple. You will also possess keen judgment in selecting technologies and building the right solution for the meaningful challenges we get to take on here. Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical capabilities. Experience solving problems and collaborating with teams to resolve large scale production issues.
