Apple’s WW Product Marketing team is looking for an inspiring leader in Market Research to support home and audio research (e.g., speakers, headphones, media streaming devices, smart home) in key geographies. We’re looking for someone who understands innovative and state of the art research methodologies, is an expert in analytics and data science, and has extensive experience with translating data and linking it to business issues. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications 7+ years of demonstrated success in customer insights/marketing analytics in a technology, consumer products or market research firm, preferably in a global role Highly analytical, intellectually curious with consistent track record in quantitative and qualitative survey analysis Extremely strong communication, visualization and articulation skills to deliver meaningful insights to craft business decisions Deep expertise with application of a broad range of research techniques Ability to efficiently manage and implement quick-turnaround, high volume of projects A self-starter who works well in a fast-paced, dynamic, matrixed environment Experience in the home and/or audio technology verticals (e.g., speakers, headphones, media streaming devices, smart home) is a plus. Description Description This position is responsible for managing and designing qualitative and quantitative research to understand Apple’s customers and developing insights to support business decisions. This role will also work on developing ongoing reports of customer behaviors and trends. We appreciate a proven track record in designing and analyzing primary research, developing actionable insights and presenting to business partners effectively. This person should also be able to develop research plans, actively identify business issues to be addressed, and synthesize from disparate sources to provide a holistic view of the consumer and marketplace. Education & Experience Education & Experience We value a strong record of academic achievement. Bachelors degree in statistics/mathematics/economics or market research / marketing analytics is preferred. Additional Requirements Additional Requirements Pay & Benefits Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $141,100 and $263,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
